Hello It is Sunday. Last week was very good. I am looking forward to next weeks weigh in.  I think I did well and will lose weight.

last week we to aladdin at 6oclock ,we both had the favorite combo it was very good.the grilled tunasalad  and v nine soup are also verygood. monday i will try the grilled turkey salad .

ihad a good week ,yesterday i took a little walk before it got cold and snow.

It is monday and we just came back home from eating out at aladdin.I  had the chargrilled tuna salad with honey dijon dressing..It  wasvery good and filling.

I and walk.a very good week and looking jnto March for some good weather so we can get outside
